William Michael Richer

YORK- William Michael “Mike” Richer, 77, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at Pappus House in Thomasville. He was the husband of the late Carol A. (McCulloch) Richer. The couple had been married for 48 years when she passed away in 2020.

There will be a visitation from 11am-noon on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York, with a time of sharing at noon.

Mr. Richer was born in Philadelphia, PA on September, 28, 1947, the son of the late Harold J. and Beth (Whycoff) Richer.

Mr. Richer was an avid golfer, enjoyed fishing, and in his younger years enjoyed SCUBA diving. He was a very supportive uncle to his nieces and nephews.

Mike leaves brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Greg and Debra Santonastaso and Alexa and Glen Jerzak all in New Jersey; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
