William P. Kline

RED LION – William P. Kline, 73, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2022 at his home. He was the husband of Leatha A. (Leiphart) Kline to whom he was married for 54 years.

A Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, November 11, 2022 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion with Rev. Born November 15, 1948 in Lucky, York County; a son of the late Charles and Erma (Saylor) Kline, he was a 1967 graduate of Red Lion Area High School. Mr. Kline had owned Bill’s Shoe Repair in Red Lion and later retired from General Dynamics after more than 30 years of service. He was an avid fisherman and had been a member of Red Lion Jaycees.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Kline is survived by three daughters, Kristina L. and husband Robert Bear of Cabot, AR, Angela D. and husband Christopher Kann of Mt. Wolf, and Rebekah A. Waltemyer and her domestic partner Mike Hoffman of Harrisburg; ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; five brothers; and two sisters. He was preceded in death by one sister.
