William R. "Bill" Eaton

YORK- William Richard “Bill” Eaton, 63, passed away on November 20, 2025 at UPMC Memorial Hospital. He was the life partner of Pamela (King) Sellers.

Born July 23, 1962, in Carlisle, he was the son of Mary Elizabeth (Simpson) and the late William R. Eaton. Bill worked as a mechanical designer for 40 plus years. In his free time, he enjoyed attending car shows.

In addition to his life partner, Pamela, Bill is survived by a daughter, Ashley Jacobs and husband, Shawn of Howard; four grandchildren; Emalynn, Ciaran, Lillian, and Ayden; a brother, Bryan Eaton and his partner, Gloria Arrendondo of Cedar Springs, MI; and two nieces, Izzy and Gabby Eaton. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Britany Elizabeth Cornett.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York, PA 17408 is in charge of arrangements.
