Willard Joseph Blevins

RED LION – Willard Joseph Blevins, 92, passed away on Saturday January 21, 2023 at his home with his family by his side. He was the loving husband of Shirley Blevins to whom he was married for 70 years.

Born November 20, 1930 in Somerset, Pennsylvania, he was a son of the late Willard and Edith (Hilliary) Blevins. After school, Mr. Blevins joined the Army and served during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Blevins was apart of the Army 82nd Airbourne, and he reached the rank of Corporal. In his free time, Mr. Blevins enjoyed going to yard sales, and camping.

In addition to his beloved wife, Shirley; Mr. Blevins leaves behind his three sons, Nathan Blevins, Brian Blevins, and Mark Blevins; ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a brother, Robert J. Blevins. Mr. Blevins is preceded in death by a son, Gregory Blevins; a brother, Allen W. Blevins; and three sisters, Mary Frey, Janet Grafton, and Norma Smith.
