Wayne G. Anderson

NORTH HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP- Wayne G. "Ace" Anderson, 75, died Sunday, September 28, 2008 at his residence. He was the husband of the late Lillian L. (Smeltzer) Anderson. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion, with a visitation from 10-11:00 AM. Burial will be at Mt. Rose Cemetery. Mr. Anderson was born April 14, 1933 in Felton, a son to the late W. Glenn and Lydia (Cameron) Anderson. He worked as a truck driver for McCory's and Yorktowne Kitchens and then retired from Caterpillar. He was a member with the Windsor Fish & Game Association. Mr. Anderson leaves three sons: Rodney W. Anderson and Jeffrey L. Anderson both or York and Mark E. Anderson of Brogue; a daughter, Monica L. Anderson of York; five grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; a brother, David E. Anderson of Red Lion; an aunt, Freda Smith; and a uncle, Paul Cameron. He was preceded in death by a sister, Gloria Schroll.
