Wanda L. Leiphart

Windsor—Wanda L. (Clites) Leiphart, 84, passed away Sunday, December 28, 2025 at Inners Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation – Dallastown.

Born June 22, 1941 in Cumberland, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Clarence E. Clites Sr. and Gwendolyn (Wilson) Clites and step daughter of the late Katherine Clites.

A dedicated homemaker for her family, she was also employed as a private residential cleaner and line operator for Graham Packaging.

She loved to cook, bake and everyone always enjoyed her chicken pot pie. An avid bowler, she also enjoyed sewing, gardening, attending auctions and family get togethers.

Ms. Leiphart is survived by her four children, Wanita Shoff and her husband, Rodney Jr., Roy Leiphart Jr. and his wife, Barbara, Shawn Leiphart and Faron Leiphart and his wife, Cindy; eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, three brothers, Clarence Clites Jr., Elmer Clites and Tom Clites; one sister, Shirley Gates; son-in-law, Paul Yutzy and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Melinda Yutzy and her sister, Mary Seiple.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements.
