YORK- Wanda (Handy) Ball, 59, died Wednesday September 9, 2009 at Manor Care South. Services for Ms. Ball are private. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York is in charge of arrangements. Ms. Ball was born January 24, 1950, in York, a daughter of the late Wade Handy and Blanche H. Wilson. Ms. Ball is survived by the following: Bourgeois Brabham, son, and his wife Omayra and Malik Wilson, son; two grandchildren, Aleksis and Julian; a mother, Blanch H. Wilson; two brothers, Gregory Handy and Byron Handy; one sister, Jeanne Todd; and a stepsister, Catherine Wilson Ford.
