Lower Windsor Twp. Vernon A. Graham, 88, of Lower Windsor Twp. died Sunday, July 31, 2016 at Colonial Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. A graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 12, 2016 at Salem Community Cemetery, Lower Windsor Twp. with military honors by the York County Veterans Honor Guard. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Steven Schmuck, pastor of Red Lion Bible Church. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Graham was born January 22, 1928, in Lower Windsor Twp. He was the son of the late Emanuel and Lydia A. (Keller) Graham. Over the years, he worked with various blacktop and construction companies in the area. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and had been a member of the Red Lion VFW as well as the American Legion. Mr. Graham is survived by nieces and nephews including, Roy Graham, Carrie Deitz and Beatrice Graham. He was preceded in death by his three brothers and three sisters.
