YORK- Thelma Mae (Olewiler) Rosh, 81, died Friday, November 2, 2007 at York Hospital. She was the loving wife of Carl J. Rosh. A life tribute service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion. A viewing will be 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Canadochly Cemetery, Lower Windsor. Mrs. Rosh was born April 3, 1926 in York, a daughter of the late Frances D. and Bertha M. (Sawmiller) Olewiler. She was a former member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Red Lion. Mrs. Rosh was also a member of the Early American Steam Engine, Old Equipment Society and the Williams Grove Steam Engine Association. She loved to cook and travel. Mrs. Rosh is survived by a son, Steven E. (Pat) Rosh of Harrisburg; three daughters, Shirley M. (Stewart) Leland of York, Brenda M. (Charles) Noye of York and Gloria E. (Dennis) Livingston of Dover; nine grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; two brothers, Charles Olewiler of Windsor and Dean (Reba) Olewiler of Red Lion; and two sisters, Gladys (Nevin) Knaub of Red Lion and Dorothy (Grant) Billett of Shiloh. Four brothers, Melvin, Ralph, Kenneth and Raymond; a son, Barry L. Rosh; and a daughter, Carolyn Bixler Brown precedes her in death.
