Stephen R. Kramer

York—Stephen R. Kramer, 64, died January 9, 2014 at his residence in York City. A Celebration of Life Service will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York is in charge of arrangements. Born March 31, 1949 in Carlisle, he was a son of Donald S. Kramer of Elizabethtown and the late Nancy E. (Lippi) Kramer. He was employed with Sylvania for the past 20 years. He was a 1967 graduate of Central High School and later attended the University of Florida. He was also a United States Navy Veteran. Mr. Kramer is survived by one sister, Nanette M. Spyker and husband, Michael of York; two brothers, Mark A. Kramer and wife, Audrey of Lynchburg, VA and Scott D. Kramer and wife, Tanya of York and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to SPCA, 3159 N.
