Stanley W. Allison

DOVER – Stanley W. Allison, 83, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at Holy Spirit Hospital. He was the husband of Carole (Morrison) Allison. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Beaver Urich Funeral Home, Inc., 305 West Front Street, Lewisberry. Born February 8, 1933 in Memphis, TN a son of the late Leslie E. and Lillian (Gatlin) Allison, he was a retired sales manager from the former Memmi’s Bakery in Hershey and had also worked for Stroehmann Bakery and Thomas’ English Muffin Co. Stanley had previously served as President of Mid-Atlantic Baker’s Assoc. and enjoyed fishing and photography. In addition to his wife, Mr. Allison is survived by a son, William and wife Terry Allison of Camillus, NY; a daughter, Carol and husband Brad Dombrowsky of Baldwinsville, NY; two stepdaughters, Karen and husband Jeffrey Painter of Etters and Susan and husband Gary Netherton of The Woodlands, TX; seven grandchildren, Brianna, Matthew, Cody, Clayton, Devin, J.T., and Ben; and a sister, Elizabeth Mabe of Baton Rouge, LA.
