Stanley Joseph Pajtis, Jr.

RED LION- Stanley J. Pajtis, Jr., 80, died on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at York Hospital. He was the husband of Dorothy L. (Kobylinski) Pajtis to whom he was married for 60 years. Services for Mr. Pajtis are private at the convenience of the family. Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born on September 4, 1941 in Baltimore, he was a son of the late Stanley J. and Florence (Turkos) Pajtis. Stanley was an Optician. Mr. Pajtis was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in New Freedom. He enjoyed golfing, target shooting, watching old movies and traveling to the beach with his wife. He was a very giving and caring person making friends wherever he went. Over the last several years, he was devoted to caring for his wife at her nursing home. Mr. Pajtis is survived by two sons, Stephen Pajtis and his wife, Diana of Bel Air, MD and David Pajtis and his wife, Kathleen of York; three grandchildren, Ethan Pajtis, Hannah Pajtis and Collin Pajtis; two brothers, Kenneth Pajtis and Richard Pajtis; and sister-in-law, Carolyn Pajtis of York.
