MILL HALL - Skylinn Rayne Cowder was stillborn on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. She is the daughter of Daniel and Wendy (Mosier) Cowder. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, March 8, 2013 at Dunnstown Cemetery. Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall has charge of arrangements.
