Shirley’s life was a beautiful testament to the love she shared with her family, whether enjoying motorcycle trips with her husband and friends or relaxing on beach vacations. Her happiest moments were with family especially Sunday dinners surrounded by the laughter and stories of her children and grandchildren; each gathering filled with warmth and closeness. Shirley’s compassion extended to animals, especially her beloved cat Nini, who was never far from her side and always received a gentle touch or loving word.
After retiring from many years at Apollo Ad (where she met her first husband) and Danskin, Shirley found joy and a renewed sense of purpose in her part-time job at Weis Markets. She loved assisting customers, especially the regulars who greeted her by name. Shirley’s genuine warmth and kindness helped her forge lasting friendships within her community, making every day at Weis Markets truly meaningful.
Shirley is survived by her son, Allan Shultz and his wife Michele, her daughter, Karen Kopp and her husband Donald and her son, Jeffery Shultz and his wife Donna. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Amy Wagner and her first husband Frederick Shultz.
