Sharon R. Myers

Wellsville—Sharon R. Myers, 65, died, Saturday, May 8, 2010 at her residence. A celebration of life service will be private at the convenience of the family. Beaver-Urich Funeral Home, Inc, 305 W. Front Street, Lewisberry, is in charge of arrangements. Born May 23, 1944 in Lewisberry, she was the daughter of Ferne (Emig) Walker of Gettysburg and the late William Myers. She was also the step daughter of the late Elmer Walker. She was employed with Stanley Tools as an assembler for many years and later worked at Ski Roundtop. She was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan and loved to read. In addition to her mother, Sharon is survived by her brother, Ken R. Myers and his wife, Margaret of E. Berlin, a nephew, Tom Myers and his wife Beth and a niece, Lois Snell. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 924 N. Colonial Ave, York, Pa 17403.
