Shane L. Beaverson

RED LION- Shane L. Beaverson, 59, died on Monday, May 12, 2025 at UPMC Memorial Hospital.

A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 19, 2025 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion with Pastor Howard Edmondson officiating. Viewings will be from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday and 10-11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Windsor Cemetery. The service will be livestreamed around 11 a.m. at HeffnerCare.com on Shane’s obituary page.

Born on January 16, 1966 in York, he was the son of Dorothy M. (Loder) Beaverson of Red Lion and the late Kenneth W. Beaverson, Sr. Shane was a 1986 graduate of Red Lion High School. He was employed with Shadowfax Corporation and Pizza Hut. Shane was an avid NASCAR enthusiast and loved football, especially the Baltimore Ravens.

Along with his mother, Shane is survived by his brother, Kenneth W. Beaverson, Jr. and his wife, Kathy of Red Lion; and two nieces Christine and Heather.
