Sandra L. Arnold

Sandra L. (Eckert) Arnold, 79, of Red Lion, passed away peacefully on December 11, 2025, marking the poignant anniversary of her beloved husband, Raymond E. Arnold, Jr., who passed away on the same date in 2013.

A Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 18, 2025 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion with her granddaughter-in-law, Pastor Ally Arnold officiating. A viewing will be held from 10-11:00 AM Thursday at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Red Lion Cemetery. Sandy’s Tribute Service will be webcast on her obituary page at www.HeffnerCare.com

Sandy was born on August 14, 1946 in Felton, a daughter of the late Winfield O. and Catherine (Yohe) Eckert. She was a 1964 graduate of the Red Lion Area High School. For 35 years, Sandy served as the Office Manager at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., where her compassion and professionalism touched the lives of countless families during their times of need.

Sandy cherished being with her family and savored memories spent at the Delaware seashore, where much laughter was shared with friends and family alike. She took great pride in supporting her husband's civic memberships where she had been active with Red Lion Area Ambulance Assoc. and Red Lion Fire Company Ladies Auxiliaries, as well as, assisting at numerous Red Lion Lion’s Club ham suppers and chicken BBQ’s.

Mrs. Arnold is survived by a son, Troy L. and wife Heather Arnold of Red Lion; two grandsons, Brooks S. and wife Ally Arnold and Logan M. Arnold; and two great grandsons, Cade J. and Damien R. Arnold. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Stacy Jo Arnold; and her sister, Ilene Smith.
