Ruth E. (Breneman) Smith

WINDSOR- Ruth E. (Breneman) Smith, 93, died on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at her daughter’s residence. She was the wife of the late Harry Smith. A graveside service for Mrs. Smith will be held later in the spring. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born on August 15, 1924 in Windsor Twp., she was a daughter of the late Ernest S. and Hazel L. (Bowser) Breneman. Mrs. Smith was a member of St. Paul’s (Lebanon) Lutheran Church in Felton. Mrs. Smith is survived by her daughter, Diane Reider and husband, Lanny of Windsor; granddaughter, Tonya Snyder and husband, Mark of Red Lion; and great grandson, Ty Snyder. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Ernest Breneman, Nelson Breneman, Rodney Breneman and Carroll Breneman; and four sisters, Geraldine Herbst, Janice Stern, Betty Stern and Larraine Flinchbaugh.
