Rhoderic L. Roger" Seymour, Jr.

Rhoderic L. "Roger" Seymour, Jr. beloved child of Christ went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 12, 2007. He was 69 years old. A celebration of life service will be 8:30 PM Wednesday at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York with his pastor, the Rev. Sterling Walsh officiating. A viewing will be held from 6:30-8:30 PM Wednesday at the Funeral Chapel. Private burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Born July 25, 1937 in York a son of Rhoderic L. "Dixie" Seymour, Sr. and Ruby Lee [Gay] Seymour of York, he was a coin dealer. Mr. Seymour was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church and had served in the US Army. In addition to his parents, Mr. Seymour is survived by a daughter, Robin M. and husband Stephen J. Klinedinst of Mt. Wolf; two grandchildren, Benjamin and Erica Klinedinst of Mt. Wolf; a great grandson, Caden J. Bafford; and a sister, Rochelle L. "Roxie" and husband Dale E. Anstine of York. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lighthouse Baptist Church, 5005 Carlisle Road, Dover, PA 17315.
