Phyllis J. (Harshbarger) Miller

YORK - Phyllis J. (Harshbarger) Miller, 84, passed away on Friday, October 31, 2025. She was the loving wife of the late Paul R. Miller and the couple shared 59 beautiful years of marriage.

A Celebration of Mrs. Miller's Life will be held 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 1551 Kenneth Road, York, PA 17408. Prior to the service there will be a viewing from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.

Born April 21, 1941 in Lewistown, Mrs. Miller was a daughter of the late Eugene H. Harshbarger and Clara L. (Sheeler) Kress. Mrs. Miller was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. In her free time, she enjoyed watching Penn State Football, watching game shows, and listening to country music.

Mrs. Miller is survived by a son, Daryl E. Miller; a daughter, Eileen M. Ghesquiere (Dale); two grandchildren, Seth Wise, and Maddox Price; a brother, Fred Kress (Darlene); a sister, Joyce Tanner (Dallas); and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
