A Celebration of Life Service will be held 7:00PM, Tuesday, June 03, 2025 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. Born July 05, 1962 in York, she was the daughter of the late Walter R. Green Sr., and Ann Marie (Taylor) Green.

She was employed with Wellspan – York Hospital for over 40 years, retiring in 2022 as Housekeeping Supervisor.

An avid visitor and loyal patron of White Clover Family Farm, she also enjoyed crafting and cheering on Penn State, the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles. She loved to spend time with family and friends, as well as travel and explore new places, especially relaxing in the sun or at the beach.

Mrs. Stern is survived by her two daughters, Natasha N. Stern (Frank Sherman) and Lydia A. Stern (Adam Linnert); three brothers, Robert J. Green, John A. Green (Dori) and Ronnie L. Green (Tina); one sister, Rhonda G. Snyder (Dennis); two sisters-in-law, Kathey L. Stern and Susan J. Taylor (Norm); her traveling companions and partners in crime, Robin and Jodie; three “grandpets”, Charlie, Finn and Mac and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Walter R. Green Jr.

Patti was the definition of vivacious. Her smile was contagious. She cheered with all her heart. She laughed with her whole body. She loved with all she had and more. She leaves a legacy of goodness that will be truly missed by so many.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Patti’s kind soul by paying it forward to someone in need or support a local business, especially her favorite White Clover Family Farm in York.
