Patricia G. Fitz

YORK – Patricia G. (Henderson) Fitz, 80, passed away Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Victorian Villa Personal Care Center in Dallastown.

There will be a visitation on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 4-6 PM located at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion. Interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky at a later date.

Born July 6, 1943, in Hopkinsville, KY, she was a daughter of the late Gordon H. Henderson and Marjorie E. (Williams) Henderson.

Patty worked in sales at Musselman Jewelers, later retiring in 2001. She was also a member of Colonel John Green Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution. In her free time, Ms. Fitz loved to travel, especially to the beach, loved spending time with her family and friends, enjoyed reading and loved to garden flowers.

Ms. Fitz is survived by her two daughters, Lisa Yocum and her husband Michael Yocum of Fairfield, PA and Betsy Pomory and her husband John Pomory, Jr. of Manchester, PA; five grandchildren, Cara Pinker and her husband Jonathan, Ethan Yocum and his wife Aliza, Lexie Pomory, McKenna Pomory and Samantha Pomory; a brother James T. Henderson of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; as well as many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her former husband, Ernie Fitz, as well as a brother Larry G. Henderson.
