YORK - Ned E. Heikes, 62, passed away Monday, January 25, 2016 at Memorial Hospital. Born June 29, 1953 in York he was a graduate of Wm. Penn High School. Mr. Heikes had worked at Standard Register. He is survived by a daughter, Beckey A. Ogden of Havana, IL. Funeral services and burial will be private. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York is in charge of arrangements.
