Nancy A. Jameson

DOVER- Nancy A. (Lynch) Jameson, 91, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2026 at Providence Place in Dover. She was the wife of the late Joseph Jameson.

A visitation will be held from 9-11 a.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York.

Mrs. Jameson was born in York on July 29, 1935, the daughter of the late Leonard F. and Mabel E. (Sweitzer) Lynch. She retired from Dentsply, after 29 years of service as the secretary to the engineering department.

Mrs. Jameson was a 1953 graduate of Northeastern High School. She was a member of the 25-year club at Dentsply, where she also held the position of secretary. She was a member of Shiloh American Legion. She was the former owner of Columbia Bowling Center.

Mrs. Jameson leaves three sons, Nathan Joseph Jameson and his wife Debra, Leonard Joseph Jameson and his wife Michele, and John Joseph Jameson and his wife Laura; six grandchildren, Leah Jameson, Ian Jameson, Kyle Jameson, Stacie Lewis, Madison Zinoble, and Tyler Jameson; three great grandchildren and a brother, Barry T. Lynch. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kateri Jameson and a sister, Betsy Dugan.
