RED LION — Nancy Ann (Jackson) Grove, 84, of Windsor Township, passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at her residence. She was the loving wife of Ronald E. “Jack” Grove. The couple joyfully celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on November 6, 2025.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 24, 2025, at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion, with a visitation will be held from 10:00–11:00 a.m. Pastor Delass Johnson and Keith Dyke will be officiating at the service. A graveside committal service will take place at Red Lion Zion Cemetery following the service. The family encourages casual dress for those attending.

Born December 17, 1940, in Jacobus, Nancy was the daughter of the late Clyde E. and Geraldine M. (Wagman) Jackson. She was a 1958 graduate of William Penn Senior High School. Nancy worked as a manager for the former Home Interiors & Gifts and previously served as a secretary at the former York Machinery and the former Tobacco Nuforms. She and her husband proudly co-founded the NanJac Emu Farm in Red Lion, where she became well known for selling emu products, demonstrating emu meat cooking techniques, supplying local restaurants, and managing their market stand at the former Morningstar Market.

Nancy was especially famous for her Emu Chili—beloved by many, even as far away as Ocean City, Maryland.

In her free time, she loved to bake and delighted in cooking for family, friends, and community. She was an active member of the former Red Lion Garden Club and a devoted member of Red Lion Zion Church where she taught Sunday School for many years. Nancy also volunteered for more than ten years at HCR ManorCare Nursing Home, where she was recognized for her dedication. She cherished spending time with residents, visiting with them, playing Bingo, and contributing to numerous bake sales.

Nancy was an extraordinary wife, mother, and caregiver to many, and her kindness touched countless lives.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Vicki L. Grove, and Vicki’s significant other, Bobby Fetrow, Jr., of Holtwood; a sister, Mary Carolyn Buck of Jacobus; two nephews, David Grove and Scott Runkle; and a niece, Jamie Huson. She was preceded in death by her beloved grandmother, Mary Elizabeth “Nana” Jackson Ness, and her siblings Susan Marie Jackson and Jay Thomas Jackson.

Memorial contributions may be made to Red Lion Zion Church, 1155 Felton Rd., Red Lion, PA 17356, or to Gentiva Hospice, 205 Grandview Ave. #304, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
