Nancy F. Peay

SPRING GARDEN TWP. - Nancy F Peay, 87, died Monday, May 12, 2008 at Rest Haven Nursing Home- York. She was the wife of the late Andrew Morris Peay. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 16, 2008 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York. Nancy was born in Anniston, AL. on May 21, 1920, a daughter of the late Edwin C. and Willie Bell (McLeod) Farmer. She was a 1938 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School in Richmond, VA. Nancy was raised a Southern Baptist. She enjoyed working on crossword puzzles. Surviving Nancy are her son, John H. and his wife, Mary-Anne Posenau and her grandchildren, Kelly E. and Kyle D. Posenau of York. Preceding her in death is her first husband, John H. Posenau, father of John Jr.
