Monte W. 'Jake' Mundis

BROGUE – Monte W. “Jake” Mundis, 56, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2013 at his home. He was the husband of Tina Marie (Little) Mundis. Funeral services will be held at a later date. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born July 7, 1957 in York a son of the late Eugene L. and Shirley A. (Dettinger) Mundis, he was a retired farmer and long distance truck driver. Jake enjoyed farming and spending time tending the crops. In addition to his wife, Jake is survived by a son, Dustin Mundis of York; a daughter, Tiffany Mundis of Brogue; a stepson, Justin Fales of Red Lion; two stepdaughters, Jaime Sechrist of Red Lion and Jennifer Edler of York; a grandson, DJ Sechrist; four step grandchildren, Serenity, Gabrielle, Natalie, and Justin Jr.; a brother, Brian “Scrub” and wife Barbara Mundis of Red Lion; a nephew, Brandon Mundis of Red Lion; and aunt JudyAnn Mundis Stephen of Castle Pines, CO.
