Mildred E. (Lookenbill) Moore

ETTERS- Mildred E. (Lookenbill) Moore, 81, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2026 at Pleasant Acres. She was the loving wife of the late William F. Moore, Jr. to whom she was married to for 64 years.

A Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at Beaver Urich Funeral Home, Inc., 305 W Front Street, Lewisberry, with Pastor Stefanie DiFrancesco officiating the service. Burial will follow at Tri County Memorial Gardens. Prior to the service, there will be a viewing from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Born March 9, 1944 in Banebridge, Mildred was a daughter of the late Raymond and Catherine (Clark) Lookenbill. During her career, she worked as a bus driver for West Shore School District. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, going to her cabin in the mountains, puzzles, cooking, and family dinners. She was a member of Yocumtown Church of God and a member of the Red Hat Ladies Society.

She leaves behind three sons, Rodney Moore and wife, Cheryl, Tod Moore and wife, Wanda, and Lee Moore; six grandchildren, Anthony, TJ, Brittany, Dylan, Justin, and Reagan; three great grandchildren, Kaylee, Austin, and Charleigh; and Miko, who was like a daughter.
