Michael C. Poff

RED LION- Michael C. Poff, 62, died on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at his residence. He was the husband of Dawn C. (Jamison) Poff. The couple were high school sweethearts and were married for 42 years. A viewing will be held from 12 p.m.- 1:30 p.m. on Monday, August 15, 2022 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion. Burial will be private at Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery. Born on May 31, 1960 in York, he was the son of David and Carolyn (Zarfos) Poff of Red Lion. Michael was currently an Engineering Specialist at Precision Custom Components, LLC and previously spent 30 years at Metso where he held various positions. Mr. Poff was a Boy Scout leader for many years with Troop 28 and Troop 35 in Red Lion. He was a member of the Red Lion Municipal Authority Board for 15 years. Along with his wife, Dawn, Michael leaves two sons, Zachary Poff of Red Lion and Ryan Poff of Red Lion; sister, Bonnie Stine and her husband, John of Spring Grove; and father-in-law Rodney Jamison and his wife, Cynthia of Felton.
