Mary Viola (Love) Lease

YORK- Mary V. (Love) Lease, 78 passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at Manor Care Health Services, South. She was the loving wife of the late Charles W. Lease, Sr. A Celebration of Life Service will be 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York with Dr. Louis A. Paradiso officiating. Viewings will be from 7-9 p.m. on Friday and 9-10 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Prospect Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Lease was born on March 18, 1932 in Dallastown, a daughter of the late Harry E. and Marie R. (Wagman) Love. Mary worked as a machine shop inspector for Harley Davidson for 27 years until her retirement in 1994. Mrs. Lease was a member of Temple Baptist Church. She was also a member the Local Union IAM Lodge 175 and the Red Lion Legion. Mrs. Lease is survived by two sons, Sheldon B. Olewiler of Windsor and Bartley S. Olewiler of York; one daughter, Rae Lynn Eppley and her husband, James of York; six grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and one sister, Virginia Lee Germick of York. Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Rose Cooper. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 924-N Colonial Ave., York, PA 17403.
