Mary F. (Myers) Davis

DALLASTOWN - Mary F. [Myers] Davis, 70, died Tuesday, January 1, 2008 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Daniel W. Davis, Sr. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 8:00 PM Friday, January 4, 2008 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. A viewing will be held from 6-8:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 5, 2008 at Lake View Cemetery in Sykesville, MD. Born September 26, 1937 in Baltimore, a daughter of the late Aleston and Eleanora Myers, she operated a day care from her home. In addition to her love of children, Mrs. Davis was an avid bingo player. Mrs. Davis is survived by a son, Daniel W. Davis, Jr. of Dallastown; four daughters, Deborah Lang of Dundalk, MD, Donna Johnson of Jacobus, Dana Davis of Dallastown, and Victoria Medcalf of Hanover; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and five sisters, Sharon, Allison, Joyce, Diane, and Lynn.
