Mary A. Cannon

WILKES-BARRE-Mary A. Cannon, 88, of Wilkes-Barre, died Saturday in Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre. Born in Wilkes-Barre on September 7, 1919, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Agnes (Moran) Sheridan. She was a 1936 graduate of GAR. She was a member of St. Aloysius Parish. She was preceded in death by her husband Edmund J. Cannon, and a daughter Patrica Cheff of Richmond, Virginia. She is survived by; her son, Thomas Cannon, Wilkes-Barre, and her daughters, Sharon Gleason, Sewickley, PA, Margaret "Peggy" Mendoza, Wilkes-Barre, and Susan Borum, Wilkes-Barre, 10 grandchildren, 6 great grand children, and one great great grandchild.
