A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York. A viewing will be held from 9-10:00 AM Thursday at the Funeral Chapel. Burial will be held at Westminster Cemetery in Carlisle. Miss Buffington was born August 4, 1967 in Gettysburg.
