Marie Dawn “Cuppy” Bleyer, of Manchester Township, departed this world on July 7, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones.
Marie was born on July 13, 1952, in Baltimore, Maryland, to Wilma Dawn Hamrick and Oliver Revis. She was a proud graduate of Kenwood High School, Class of 1970. After devoting herself to motherhood, she began steady work in manufacturing. In time, her natural gifts for nurturing and caring for others led her to a deeply meaningful career in health care, where she spent her days providing compassionate service and companionship to older adults. On September 21, 2002, Marie married the love of her life, Timothy Bleyer. Together they built a life full of laughter, warmth, and family.
Marie is survived by her husband, Timothy; her sister, Jeannie Sacilotto; her children, Andrew Scott Bleyer, Cynthia Renee Bleyer, Michael Craig Bleyer, Timothy R. Bleyer, Jr., Tonia Marie Bleyer, Stephanie Lynn Boozel, Heather Jean Jacob, Liz Jacob; her grandchildren, Ash, Bret, Danielle, Desiree, Eden, Hazeleigh, Jenna, Kylie, Maliki, McKenzie, Renee, Tyler, Walker; several great-grandchildren; and her three beloved cats.
Marie's sense of humor was eclipsed only by her warm heart. She had a gift for finding laughter in nearly any situation, even in situations that offered little to laugh about. If you were having a bad day, Marie might have thrown herself into a headstand (a party trick she kept up for most of her life) just to bring out a smile. Or she might have introduced you to her band of stuffed monkeys, delighting in imitating each of their distinct sounds and personalities. To Marie, joy was meant to be shared. To that end, she was the unabashed life of every party, and loved nothing more than breaking into song with others. Marie was also a devout member of Bible Baptist Church, where her faith was a steady and guiding presence throughout her life.
Marie's legacy of unconditional love and humor will live on through the lives of those she touched. Now, it’s sandwich time in Heaven.
