Margaret Peggie Raymond

Margaret "Peggie" Raymond Margaret Peggie (Bound) Raymond, 90 of Pottsville died Wednesday at the Pottsville Hospital. Born in Trenton, Ontario, Canada on December 7, 1917 she was the daughter of the late Jestyn and Margaret (Oliver) Bound. She graduated from Pottsville High School in 1935 and attended Bloomfield College, Bloomfield, N.J. Mrs. Raymond was of the Presbyterian faith. She organized and formed the Peggie Raymond Circle at Old Stone Church, Cleveland, OH. She is preceded in death by her husband Rev. Dr. Lewis Raymond died Nov. 24, 2006, and a daughter Faith died May 22, 2007. Surviving is a daughter Lois, wife of Charles Siemer, Chambersburg, PA, a sister Wilhelmini "Billie Payne, a niece, two nephews, six great nephews one being Matthew Payne, Pottsville. Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., on Saturday at the Schlitzer-Allen-Pugh Funeral Home, Inc. There will be no calling hours Friday evening.
