Margaret R. Bennett

Dallastown—Margaret R. (Kravontka) Bennett, 95, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Misericordia Nursing Center. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Bennett who passed away in 2019.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:00AM, Friday, October 17, 2025 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. Officiating the service will be Certified Celebrant Allison R. Duke. Anyone planning on attending the service should arrive at the funeral home by 9:45AM. Burial will be held in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.

Born June 08, 1930 in Necedah, WI, she was the daughter of the late John L. and Rose (Styka) Kravontka.

A dedicated homemaker, she treasured being a devoted wife and loving mother.

Mrs. Bennett is survived by her son, Ronald J. Bennett and his wife, Doreen of Homewood, AL; three grandchildren, Alexandra De Carvalho, Matthew Bennett and Brian Barham; seven great grandchildren, Hudson, Cailey, Hunter, Wyatt, Leyton, Casimir and Kaia; one sister, Virginia Morton and four nieces. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Pamela A. Alwine and her grandson, Shannon Barham.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
