MILTON - Lottie R. (Harstead) Vincent, 82, a former resident of West Milton, died Thursday, December 10, 2009 at Kramm Healthcare, Milton where she was a resident for two years. She was born in South Williamsport October 23, 1927 she was the4 daughter of Charles and Kathryn Geisen Harstead. Lottie was married on July 17, 1948 to John E.. Vincent who died May 26, 2008. She worked for Woolworth's Department Store at the Lycoming Mall as a sales clerk and earlier worked at GTE Sylvania, Montoursville. She was a member of United in Christ Lutheran Church, Order of Eastern Star. She enjoyed entertaining her family and friends. Surviving are one son John Vincent of Milton, two daughters Barbara Hickey of Gambrills, MD and Bonnie Lee Vincent of Milton. Five grandchildren and Six great-grandchildren Also surviving are two brothers Charles Harstead of S. Williamsport, Donald Harstead of Watsontown two sisters Beatrice Doebler of Williamsport and Ida Conover of Clearwater, FL The funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M., Monday, December 14, 2009 at the Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front Street, Milton with the Rev. Catrina Ciccone officiating. Friends and relatives will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Church Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association, 63 N. Franklin Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701
