Loretta J. (Bowders) Sprigle

YORK- Loretta J. (Bowders) Sprigle, 70, died Sunday, March 2, 2008 at York Hospital. A Graveside Service will be 2 p.m. on Thursday at Suburban Memorial Gardens in Dover. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Sprigle was born in Waynesboro on December 30, 1937, a daughter of the late Daniel F. and Evelyn N. (Koons) Bowders. She retired from Danskin, Inc. in York after 43 years of service. Mrs. Sprigle leaves five sons: James A. Frey of York, Joseph A. Frey of Dallastown, and Thomas G. Sprigle, Jr., Michael D. Sprigle, and David M. Sprigle, all of York, 14 grandchildren, a brother, Donald L. Bowders of Tennessee and a sister, Sherry E. Clancy of Dover. She was preceded in death by a brother, John J.
