Linda P. Stambaugh

MT. WOLF-Linda Patricia (Luckenbaugh) Stambaugh, 79, of East Manchester Township passed away Monday, February 5, 2024, at her residence. She was the wife of Elbert Tim Stambaugh. The couple celebrated their 32nd wedding anniversary on May 24, 2023.

The Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 11:30am at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 1551 Kenneth Rd., York, PA; visitation will be from 11:00 – 11:30am. Certified Celebrant Amy Favorito will be officiating at the service.  A graveside interment of the cremated remains will be held immediately afterwards at the Mt. Rose Cemetery for the immediate family. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held for anyone who would like to attend at the Terrace Room at the Heritage Hills Resort from 2:00 – 6:00pm.

Linda was born in York on February 24, 1944, a daughter of the late William H. and Anna M. Luckenbaugh. She worked as a legal secretary at Cohen, Senft, & Rubin, then at Blakey, Yost, Bupp and Shaullman Law Firm and then in later years worked for Edris Oil Company.

Linda and her husband, Tim, enjoyed sailing, skiing, traveling, and spending quality time with their family and friends.

Along with her husband, Linda leaves daughter, Melissa Sue Andrusko, and three sons, Rhett Culver Stambaugh, Derek Edward Still, and Eric Jon Stambaugh; 17 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; a brother, William Luckenbaugh; and a sister, Vada Egger. She was preceded in death by a brother Paul Luckenbaugh; stepbrothers Carl Luckenbaugh and Raymond Luckenbaugh; as well as stepsisters Thelma Hoover, Virginia Harlacher and Doris Dodson.
