Lester Lee Fisher, 90, of Red Lion, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2025 at his home. He was the husband of Deloras G. (Parthree) Fisher with whom he celebrated 69 years of marriage on June 16th.
A Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. A viewing will be held from 9:30-11:00 AM Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Red Lion Cemetery. Lester’s Tribute Service will be webcast on his obituary page at www.HeffnerCare.com.
Mr. Fisher was born on July 4, 1935 in Airville, a son of the late Elmer and Bessie (Miller) Fisher. He graduated from Lower Chanceford High School in 1953. Along with his brother Clyde, he owned and operated Fisher Brothers construction until 1995 when he supported his son in starting Todd Fisher Construction. He continued to work for Todd until his retirement in 2013. In his free time Mr. Fisher loved fishing, hunting, and going snowmobiling. He was a former member of Red Lion Lions Club.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Fisher is survived by four sons, Regan S. and wife Lynn Fisher, Todd E. and wife Betty Fisher, and Troy A. and wife Lynette Fisher all of Red Lion, and James B. and wife Kimberlie Fisher of Wrightsville; nine grandchildren, Leslie Fisher, Brittany Schell and husband Justin, Nicki Young and husband Trent, Jessie Thoman and husband Craig, Teddy Fisher and wife Steph, Matthew Fisher and wife Morgan, Mitchell Fisher and wife Christine, Megan Ilgenfritz and husband Cory, Allison Fisher; and nine great grandchildren, Landon, Brielle, Colton, Levi, Colsen, Bennett, Henry, Grant and Liam. He was preceded in death by his three brothers, Roy, Clyde, and Merle Fisher.
The family wishes to extend a heartfelt Thank You to Memorial White Rose Hospice and caregivers Alisha and Alexis for the excellent comfort and care provided during Mr. Fisher’s illness.
