Leola M. (Gilkay) Kemp

LEWISBURG - Leola M. (Gilkay) Kemp, 95, and formerly of Elmira, NY, died on Monday, February 25, 2008 at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. She was the wife of the late Leslie Leroy Kemp who had died in 1961. Leola was born in Troy on October 10, 1912 and was the daughter of the late Charles and Florence Gilkay. She had worked at Newberry's for 15 years and was a member of the Church of Christ in Christian Union Church, Lewisburg. A memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at the Church of Christ in Christian Union Church, 199 Newman Rd., Lewisburg, PA 17837. Arrangements are being handled by the Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front St., Milton, PA.
