Khanh T. Bui

YORK—Khanh T. Bui, 95, passed away Friday, October 11, 2024 at his residence in York City. He was the husband of Ailien (Nguyen) Bui to whom he was married for 60 years.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00AM, Saturday, October 19, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2935 Kingston Rd, York. Officiating the Mass will be Rev. Peter Nguyen Hung Cuong, M.M. A viewing will be held from 9:00 – 11:00AM, Saturday at the church. Burial will be held in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York is in charge of arrangements. 

Born February 15, 1929 in Hue, Vietnam, he was the son of the late Du Thong Bui and Lanh Thi (Nguyen) Bui. 

He was employed with Wire-Mesh Products Inc., for many years as a machine operator until his retirement. 

An avid reader, he also enjoyed tending to his vegetable garden, traveling, playing bocce ball and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church – York. 

In addition to his wife, Mr. Bui is also survived by a daughter, a granddaughter, two brothers and a large extended family.
