Kevin B. Garner

Kevin B. Garner age 66, of Windsor passed away Friday, April 10, 2026. He was the husband of the late Lisa L. (Miller) Garner with whom he had celebrated 28 years of marriage.

Kevin was born on January 29, 1960 in Red Lion, a son of the late Gene D. and Janet L. (Gehr) Garner. He was a 1978 graduate of Red Lion Area High School. Kevin worked at RoadSafe Traffic Systems and had previously worked for Laborer’s Union Local 158. He was a member of Pleasant Grove (East End) United Methodist Church. Kevin enjoyed hunting and Revolutionary War and black powder reenactments.

Kevin is survived by a brother, Douglas G. and wife Robyn Garner of Felton; two aunts, Karen Ranker and Linda Garner; and an uncle, Clair Garner.
