MECHANICSBURG- Kenneth E. Wagner, 76, died on Monday, July 7, 2025 at Camp Hill Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation. He was the husband of Patricia A. (Slaseman) Wagner to whom he was married 59 ½ years.
Born on January 4, 1949 in Hanover, he was a son of the late Clark R. and Kathleen (McKonley) Wagner. Kenneth was a CAD Operator at Gannett Fleming in both Camp Hill and Baltimore.
Mr. Wagner was a member at New Life Church. Kenneth enjoyed being outside planting, his church and the Bible, watching game shows on TV and loved his dogs. He loved his family more than all. A special thank you to Jeff Lundeen for his kindness to Kenneth and his family.
Along with his wife, Patricia, Kenneth is survived by his son, Jeremy Wagner and his wife, Yvonne of Hamburg; daughter, Jennifer Zeigler and her husband, Steve of York Springs; six grandchildren, Gavin, Ethan, Grayson, Brody, Bryce and Brennan; brother, Clark Wagner and his wife, Joann of Shirleysburg; brother-in-law, Miton Slaseman, Jr. of New Cumberland; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Gary L. Wagner and sister, Karen Polston Lamb.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society at cancer.org, Alzheimer’s Association at alz.org or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at stjude.org in Kenneth’s memory.
A graveside service will be private at the convenience of the family. Beaver-Urich Funeral Home, 305 W. Front St., Lewisberry, is in charge of arrangements.
