Karen T. (Majewski) Lattari, 79, of York, passed away September 16, 2026 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Eugene M. Lattari to whom she was married for four years before his passing in 1997.

Born December 10, 1946, in Monmouth, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Coleburn) Majewski.

Mrs. Lattari was a 1965 graduate of Matawan Regional High School in New Jersey. For most of her working life, she lovingly operated a small daycare from her home. Over the years, she cared for more than 100 children, fondly known by her family as “Camp Karen.” Outside of her work, Karen was a member of St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in East York. She enjoyed shopping, tending to her lawn, and most importantly, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Surviving are her three daughters, Denise A. Osman and her husband Steve, Alexis C. Eroh and her husband Justin, and Reagan A. Lattari; four grandchildren, Madison A. Smith and her husband Tyler, Kaitlyn N. Ballesteros and her husband Guillermo III, Emily M. Eroh, and Jordan R. Eroh; seven great-grandchildren, Peyton Mumper, Kennley Smith, Brodie Smith, Talon Smith, Beckett Smith, Guillermo Ballesteros IV, and Savannah Ballesteros; one brother; and one sister. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband and her parents.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., York, is honored to serve the family.
