Joyce Elaine (Russell) Gudat

FELTON- Joyce Elaine (Russell) Gudat, 85, died on Monday, May 12, 2025 at her residence. She was the wife of Paul D. Gudat.

Born on September 8, 1939 in York, she was a daughter of the late Nelson A. and Romaine A. (Ellis) Gibbs. Joyce was a benefit representative for Blue Cross Blue Shield Association for several years until her retirement.

Joyce loved living on her farm and loved taking care of her animals.

Along with her husband, Paul, Joyce is survived by her son, Carroll Master, Jr. (Jennifer Lin) of Oak Ridge, NC; daughter, Kim Keiser (Randy Stough) of York; two grandchildren, Paige E. Hector (Sherby) and Hunter Master; and her brother, Marlin Russell of York. She was preceded in death by her brother, Dean Russell; and sister, Jane Zajaczkowski.

Services for Mrs. Gudat are private at the convenience of the family. Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion is in charge of arrangements.
