Joy Lynn Keller

SPRING GROVE- Joy Lynn (Christian) Keller, 69, of North Codorus Township, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at York Hospital. She was the wife of Richard Lee “Rick” Keller. The couple celebrated their 23rd wedding anniversary on June 25, 2022. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York, with a visitation from 10 -11 a.m. The service will be webcast live and can be viewed by searching Joy’s obituary at HeffnerCare.com. The Reverend Robert Trefry will be officiating at the service. Burial will be in St. Jacob’s Union Cemetery in York New Salem. Mrs. Keller was born in York on November 13, 1952, the daughter of the late Nickolas and Dorothy (Hoff) Christian. She retired in 2020 from Spring Grove School District, where she worked in the cafeteria. Mrs. Keller leaves a daughter, Nicole Matias of Spring Grove; a step daughter, Suzanne Ziegler of Dover; a grandson, Mason Matias; two step grandchildren, Alexander and Ben Ziegler; a brother, Ronald E. Holt and his wife Nanette of Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Justin Matias.
