Joseph L. Krafcik

PITTSTON-Joseph L. Krafcik, 82, of Pittston, formerly of West Pittston, passed away Saturday at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born in Swoyersville on October 23, 1930, he was a son of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Lorinc) Krafcik. He was a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Corpus Christi Parrish, West Pittston. Prior to retiring, he was an assistant manager at Pharmor, Wilkes-Barre, and was previously employed at Medic Fair, Philadelphia. He was preceded in death by his brother, Frank Krafcik, Jr. Surviving is his wife, the former Ruth Ann Brady. Services will be private with interment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
