Joseph E. Brown

Joseph E. Brown, 70, of Wapwallopen, passed away Wednesday Evening at VA Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre. Born on November 26, 1940 in Jersey City, NJ, he was a son of the late Joseph and Mary Elizabeth (Cambell) Brown. He served in the US Army during Vietnam. Surviving is his wife of 13 years, Marion (Hocko) Hischak-Brown, a daughter, Mary Beth Kosowski, step daughters, twins, Kristyn and Melissa Hischak, Jackie Negroni, Lisa Bradley, a step sons, Thomas Hischak, Corey, Jonathan, Tyler and Kyle and 10 grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
