WEST YORK BORO- Joseph B. Biros, 91, passed away on Saturday, July 10, 2011 at his residence. He was the husband of Janet R. (Conway) Biros. A Graveside Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 14, 2011 at Holy Saviour Cemetery in York. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements.
